Honoring Linda Sue Steinberg’s Legacy…TAIDs First Foundation Donor
Linda Sue Steinberg’s passion for interior design and dedication to her community left a lasting
impact on everyone who knew her. A treasured member of TAID, she generously gave her time
and resources to support the profession she loved. In her passing, she continued that
commitment by leaving a portion of her estate to TAID, ensuring her legacy lives on through the
advancement of interior design in Texas.
Born in Dallas on August 24, 1945, Linda was an accomplished professional and a devoted
leader. A Highland Park High School salutatorian and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of SMU, she built
a career as a Registered Interior Designer and served on the TAID board from 1994 to 1999. She
also led the Texas Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers as its president.
Beyond her profession, Linda was deeply engaged in community service, holding leadership
roles in numerous organizations, including the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas and Temple
Emanuel Sisterhood, where she was honored for her dedication and leadership.
Her generosity and commitment serve as an inspiration. We invite you to consider continuing
Linda’s spirit of giving by including TAID in your estate planning, helping to sustain and protect
the future of interior design in Texas.
